Sunnyside Riding Center was founded in September 2001 with the goal of providing free therapeutic horseback riding lessons to children with diagnosed disabilites in Clinton Oklahoma and the surrounding communities.
We have recently added Equine Assited Psychotherapy services to our program! This is an excellent program for reaching meaningful results with mental health issues.
We are a 501 (c) 3 organization, as set forth by the IRS and incorporated with the State of Oklahoma as a not for profit center. Your donations are Tax deductable.
If you are a professioinal therapist and would like to use our services as an extension of therapy with your clients, we have a small professional fee per session, per client.
If you are in need of a therapy and need a PT or LPC, contact us ane we can give you contact information to professionals that we work with for EAP or PT.

There is an annual suggested donation of at least $35 per rider. This helps off set some of our administrative expenses. The lessons are of no cost to the family of a disabled rider
To sponsor a horse used in therapy a gift of $700 per year is needed to cover feed and routine care.
We are located just north west of Clinton, Oklahoma. 3 miles west of the Arapaho School and 1/2 mile south. Due to the nature of our programs, visitors welcomed with prior appointment only please.
